The Kosovo Hydrometeorological Institute (KHI) has forecast mostly sunny weather with occasional cloud cover across Kosovo on Friday.

Minimum temperatures will range between 8°C and 12°C, while maximum temperatures are expected to reach 25°C to 29°C. Winds will blow from the northwest at speeds of 1 to 5 meters per second.

According to the KHI, agrometeorological conditions have generally been favorable for crop development this week. Moderate temperatures and cool nights have created suitable conditions for the growth of spring crops, vegetables, and fruit trees. However, limited rainfall has not been sufficient to meet plants' water needs, and farmers are advised to continue irrigation, particularly for vegetable crops and soils with lower moisture-retention capacity.

The institute also noted that the wheat harvest has begun in many parts of Kosovo, with weather conditions expected to remain favorable for harvesting activities, except for possible brief local interruptions caused by short-lived rainfall.

Biometeorological conditions are also expected to be favorable for most people. Pleasant morning and evening temperatures, along with the absence of extreme heat, are likely to have a positive effect on public well-being, especially for people with chronic illnesses. During the day, regular hydration and avoiding unnecessary exposure to direct sunlight during peak UV hours are recommended. e ekspozimit të panevojshëm në diell gjatë orëve me rrezatim më të lartë UV.
