Kosovo and the European Union (EU) have signed the financial agreement for the annual program IPA 2023, worth 75 million euros.

Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi emphasized that from this agreement Kosovo will benefit from 75 million euros and that these funds will be dedicated to the energy sector.
