Kosovo and Northern Macedonia sign a cooperation agreement in the field of international legal cooperation
A cooperation agreement was signed between the Ministry of Justice of Kosovo and Northern Macedonia, in order to cooperate in the field of legal aid in civil matters between the two countries, and to facilitate legal proceedings in this field.
It guarantees legal aid, and exemption from paying taxes and court costs of citizens. The two ministers said that they are awaiting court decisions on the case of the "Kumanova Group" and the case "Monsters", on the possibility of extradition and serving a sentence in Kosovo.
