In addition to the decision by the acting government to allocate 100 euros for children, pensioners, students, and private sector workers, today’s meeting also approved the allocation of one million euros for the implementation of measure 3.4 — food vouchers for families in need.
Acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti said the decision is part of the Economic Revival Package.
“The allocation of one million euros aims to support families in need through measure 3.4 — food vouchers within the Economic Revival Package. The funds will be transferred from the Economic Revival Program to the Department of Social Schemes and will be used to cover costs according to the announced call for beneficiaries,” Kurti said.The meeting also appointed the Public-Private Partnership Committee, composed of representatives from key government institutions.
According to Kurti, the committee will play a key role in advancing projects aimed at improving infrastructure, public services, and economic development through public-private cooperation. “The Public-Private Partnership Committee is appointed, composed of representatives from key government institutions, with the aim of strengthening coordination and oversight of strategic public-private partnership projects. “It consists of permanent members: the Minister of Finance as chair, Minister of Industry Mimoza Kusari-Lila as member, Minister of Infrastructure Dimal Basha as member, Minister of Economy Artane Rizvanolli, and Minister of Public Administration Elbert Krasniqi,” Murati added.
