The Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Glauk Konjufca, has said that without allies, the path to Kosovo's statehood would be impossible.

The Speaker, in the solemn session of the Assembly, on the occasion of the 16th anniversary of the Independence of Kosovo, said that the heroism of Jashari family, the wisdom of Ibrahim Rugova, and the ideal of Adem Demaçi are the foundation of the state of Kosovo.

Meanwhile, he emphasized that February 17 is a day of inspiration for every citizen of Kosovo.
