The Speaker of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, Glauk Konjufca, congratulated all the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, on the occasion of April 9 - Constitution Day. Konjufca said that the Constitution is the basic act and the supreme legal basis - it is the state itself.

"The constitution is the basic act and the supreme legal basis - it is the state itself. Being the supreme norm, the Constitution has the primary mission of preserving the basic democratic values, ensuring stability and strengthening justice. As a people, we have traveled for centuries, generation after generation, towards our goals for an independent state", reads the press release of the Assembly.
