According to the Speaker of the Assembly, Glauk Konjufca, drafting a lawsuit against Serbia for genocide in Kosovo takes time. He has even criticized the institutions so far for such a thing, as he said that it has been neglected.

This is what he stated after the homage at the Memorial Complex in Poklek, where he added that the drafting of the lawsuit is a professional issue, but also the documentation of war crimes.
