The Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Glauk Konjufca, received today in a farewell meeting the ambassador of Sweden in Kosovo, Karin Hernmarck Ahliny. Konjufca thanked Ambassador Hernmarck for the fruitful cooperation and for her work so far, it is announced in the press release. Underlining the fact that Sweden is among the four largest donors in Kosovo, Speaker Konjufca expressed high gratitude for Sweden's continuous support through comprehensive projects for strengthening democracy, rule of law, human rights, environmental issues and other areas, as well as for supporting the goals of the state of Kosovo for Euro-Atlantic integration and membership in international organizations. On this occasion, Konjufca wished Ambassador Hernmarck success in her future engagement, while she appreciated the progress achieved and reiterated Sweden's support for the Republic of Kosovo.
