The Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Glauk Konjufca, has emphasized that Kosovo cannot be conditioned by Serbia to hold or not the elections in the four municipalities in the north of Kosovo on April 23.

Speaker Konjufca emphasized that there was a compromise on this issue and that the elections were once postponed with the recommendation of the international community.
