The Kosovo Law Institute held a press conference where it published the report "Legality of Benefits in the Supreme Court of Kosovo", a report achieved thanks to the support of the US Department of State - Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) and NED -it.

The author of this report, the researcher at KLI, Lavdim Bajraktari, said that despite the adoption of the Law on Prevention of Conflict of Interest in the Exercise of Public Office, its implementation in practice by Supreme Court judges continues to encounter obstacles.
