The Judicial Council of Kosovo and the Municipality of Prishtina have signed a Memorandum of Understanding regarding the electronic summons sent by the Basic Court to the Municipality of Prishtina.

The chairman of the KJC, Albert Zogaj, considered that such a practice should be developed in other institutions as well.

He emphasized that they intend to have the first draft of the Code of Civil Procedure within this year...
