The President of the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce (KCC) Berat Rukiqi, emphasizes that all indicators show that the situation of businesses has improved after a year of dealing with the pandemic COVID-19. However, he has raised as a concern that many businesses are facing staff shortages. Presenting the results of the business survey for the first quarter of 2021, Rukiqi said that about 61 percent of businesses have estimated that their business situation in the next 6 months will improve.
