The chairman of the Party for Democratic Action, Shaip Kamberi, has announced that the elections scheduled to be held today in Tërnoc have not been held. He blamed the commissioners of Ivica Dacic for obstacles, for which he said that they will not allow them, reports KosovaPress.

The former member of the Serbian Parliament needs a total of 610 votes to get the new mandate, for which the last time he failed to secure a seat, for only 12 votes...
