In Kosovo, all electricity trading companies are licensed, except in the north of the country where there are still operators operating illegally.

This is what the former acting chief executive officer of the public company KOSTT, Kadri Kadriu, said during his report to the Parliamentary Investigative Committee regarding energy crisis management from Government of Republic of Kosovo.
