The Chief Prosecutor of the Specialist Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kosovo, Blerim Isufaj, has commented on the statement of the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, who said a week ago that the State Prosecutor's Office has not filed multiple indictments for the attack in Banjska of Zveçan.

Isufaj emphasized at the media conference, among other things, that the filing of indictments is a matter of the justice system, and not, as he said, of the head of government.

We recall that days ago during a media conference, the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, complained about the lack of indictments by the Kosovo Prosecutor's Office after the Banjska attack.
