The Mayor of Prishtina, Përparim Rama, has joined today the children in the numerous activities held on the occasion of the International Children's Day, June 1. The Municipality of Prishtina in the square "Zahir Pajaziti" has organized various activities, with songs, dances and ballets. Mayor Rama said that during his local government the main concern will be the transformation of public spaces for children, so that the latter have the opportunity to engage in various cultural and sports activities. "I hope the children are having fun today. We have made a transformation of the city for the good of the capital. It all starts with public spaces. Children are our future and for this reason we have given great importance to schools to make a transformation in our program", he said.
