The Primary and Lower Secondary School “Ibrahim Mazreku” in Malishevë, in coordination with the Municipal Directorate of Education, the Parents’ Council and the Teachers’ Council, has declared Friday, April 17, 2026, a day of mourning in the institution.
According to the announcement, this decision was taken as a sign of solidarity and respect following the tragic passing of third-grade pupils Naile and Kujtim Berisha, as well as their parent Ilir Berisha.
During this day, the teaching process will be suspended, while students and staff are invited to observe it with dignity, calm, and solidarity.The school administration has also announced that information regarding the organization of the commemoration ceremony will be provided in due time.
