The head of the KLA War Veterans Organization, Hysni Gucati, appeared for the first time in the courtroom of the Specialized Chambers in The Hague.

Hysni Gucati was arrested on September 25, at the OVL-KLA offices, by the Specialized Prosecutor's Office.
