The incumbent Prime Minister of Kosovo, Avdullah Hoti has given a statement regarding the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue. He says that he entered into a dialogue with Serbia on clear principles, which he listed through a Facebook post. Among other things, he stressed that the final dialogue agreement should include mutual recognition between Kosovo and Serbia. Hoti also says that the territorial integrity of Kosovo is non-negotiable and that there will be no association with executive powers.
