The incumbent Prime Minister, Avdullah Hoti, paid homage to the grave of Fadil Ferati, former mayor of Istog, on the anniversary of his death, saying that he contributed not only to the LDK but also to the state building of Kosovo.

After laying wreaths, Hoti said that Ferati has been a pillar of organizing the LDK in Istog.
