Former Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti declared that Kosovo is in an unfavorable position in the dialogue with Serbia due to Kurti's reckless actions. According to him, the country is now at a dead end and the request of the international partners is to immediately establish the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority.
