The Acting Minister, Albulena Haxhiu, has stated that the judge of the Constitutional Court from the Serbian community, Radomir Laban, is suspected of being a collaborator of the Security Intelligence Agency of Serbia (BIA) and of having close ties with the chief terrorist, Milan Radojicic.

At a press conference, she said that even several years ago she had requested that Laban not be appointed as a judge of the Constitutional Court, but was accused at the time of undermining judicial independence.
