Over 60 percent of citizens believe that politics makes you invulnerable to justice. Meanwhile, 70 percent trust the courts and prosecutors the least because they think they are influenced from politics. This is stated in the eighth edition of the performance index of the rule of law institutions in Kosovo (RoLPIK). At today's conference of the Group for Legal and Political Studies (GLPS) on the topic "Challenges in the rule of law in Kosovo: Performance of the judicial and prosecutorial system and citizens' assessment of these institutions", it was said that more than 50 percent of citizens do not notice an improvement of the judiciary during 2022.

Renata Bajrami from the Group for Legal and Political Studies disclosed the data regarding citizens' perception of political influence on justice institutions.
