From June 2019 until August of this year, only 10 indictments for organized crime were submitted to the courts of Kosovo, while these justice bodies have managed to resolve a very small number of these cases. The largest number of cases filed by the Special Prosecution is related to the fight against narcotics.

This was said in the analysis made by the Group for Legal and Political Studies on the topic "Treatment of Organized Crime cases by the Prosecution and Basic Courts of the Republic of Kosovo for the period June 2019-August 2021"...
