They are placed on trees and electric poles, but also in other public spaces. Citizens say that there are no signs about where they could post announcements. Meanwhile, in the Municipality of Prishtina, they say that in the squares of Prishtina, they have placed signs on which announcements can be placed and that they will continue to place them in other public places as well.
