Fatmir Sopi testifies in the trial against Mustafa in The Hague
The former member of the Kosovo Liberation Army, Fatmir Sopi, who is the chairman of the KLA War Veterans Association in Prishtina, is testifying before the Specialist Chambers in The Hague, in the trial against Salih Mustafa. He answered the questions of the prosecutor Cezary Mihailzcuk, about the BIA unit, for which he said that this unit has answered the Llap Operational Zone. Sopi said that the commander of the BIA unit was Salih Mustafa known by the nickname Cali, and according to him the role of this unit was like all other KLA units, the liberation of the country from the Serbian occupier.
Fatmir Sopi said that this unit was named in honor of the heroes Bahri Fazliu, Ilir Konushevci and Agron Rrahmani, and that the same is known as the “Skifterët-Falcons”.
