The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, attends and delivers a speech at the memorial academy on the 18th anniversary of the death of President Ibrahim Rugova. The Kosovo Philharmonic String Orchestra will also perform in this academy. (City Theatre, Gjilan, 11:00)

The Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) organizes activities on the occasion of the 18th anniversary of the death of President Ibrahim Rugova:

- Homage to the grave of Ibrahim Rugova. (Velani, Prishtina, 09:15)

- Visits to Rugova's family. (Velani, Prishtina, 09:45)

- The book "Power and intellectuals" published by the "Ibrahim Rugova" Foundation will be promoted. (LDK headquarters, 11:00)
