The EU election observer mission assessed the second round of elections as well-administered. The data was presented by the head of this mission, Lukas Mandl, who said that some of the problems that are presented in the report are problems that have been identified in the past. Mandl said 269 polling centers were visited on election day, and voting and counting were assessed positively by observers.
