Today, the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, will pay an official visit to Kosovo. His visit comes one day before Kosovo’s Independence Day, and Rama is expected to attend the promotion of the book “When Silence Speaks” – the truth expressed from The Hague, by author Ahmet Shala, KosovaPress reports.

During Rama’s visit to Kosovo, the Police have announced that they will ensure the maintenance of public order and safety, as well as regulate traffic during the movement of the escort and the delegation’s stay in Kosovo.

In order to enable the free movement of the escort along the route from the border crossing point, the Police stated that activities will be carried out in accordance with the official visit agenda.

“The Kosovo Police will carry out temporary traffic interruptions (for short intervals) on certain road segments (where the escort is expected to pass), and there may also be traffic redirected to alternative routes. The Kosovo Police request full understanding from citizens and traffic participants,” the Police announcement states.
