The Election Complaints and Appeals Panel (ECAP) has rejected the complaints of the candidate for mayor of Skenderaj, Bekim Jashari, for allegations of irregularities during the October 17 election process. The current mayor, who was also aiming for another governing mandate in Skenderaj, complained to the ECAP, requesting that the ballot boxes be opened and that the votes be recounted in some polling stations. But that ECAP has rejected this request of Jashari.
