Donjeta Sadiku has traveled to Paris, France, where from 4 to 8 June 2021 is held the qualifying boxing tournament for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. In fact, the same tour had started in London, in March last year, but it was interrupted due to the Covid 19 pandemic, while it will continue in the French capital. Sadiku, is the only contestant from Kosovo who has remained in the race for qualification. She had defeated the German, Maya Kleinhans, in the first round of the category up to 60 kg. On Friday she will compete against the Swede, Agnesa Lexiussion. If she wins, she will have to win one of the next two fights to secure the Olympic norm.
