The Bishop of the Diocese of Kosovo, Monsignor Dodë Gjergji, due to the situation of pandemic, not being able to visit the Grand Mufti of Kosovo, Naim Tërnava, he addressed him a letter to congratulate him and all Muslim believers on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.

The Bishop Dodë Gjergji, wrote that “no one better than us can understand your pain and the sadness of the believers for not being able to pray in the mosque, even on this great night of Ramadan. I experienced the same pain and sadness with the Christian believers, where, last month we celebrated the Easter, the Resurrection of Christ!”
