The lawyer for Liridona Ademaj's family, Leutrim Syla, after the conclusion of the initial hearing against Naim Murseli, Granit Plava, Kushtrim Kokalla and Tom Dodajt, expressed his happiness that one of the parties involved in the case has been found guilty.
The defendant, Tom Dodaj, who pleaded guilty to selling the weapon to Naim Murseli with which Liridona Ademaj was killed, was sentenced by the Basic Court in Pristina to 5 years in prison and a 5 thousand euro fine.
“We are happy because at least for one of the points of the indictment, one of the parties pleaded guilty, and we consider it as a completed point of the indictment”, he said.
During the initial hearing on the murder of Liridona Ademaj, her husband, Naim Murseli, pleaded not guilty of the criminal offense he is charged with.
