The coalition of election observation organizations, Democracy in Action, has stated that this morning there was a large outflow of voters in areas inhabited by Serbs, while in other parts of Kosovo the turnout trend is close to the 2019 elections. DiA monitors reported non-compliance with antiCOVID measures during the voting process, voting with invalid documents and violation of the secrecy of the ballot. Eugen Cakolli from DiA, in a press conference said that the voting process so far has continued smoothly, but not in full compliance with antiCOVID measures. As he said, in 21 percent of the polling stations, partial implementation of the measures was reported, while in 1 percent of the polling stations, the measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus were not seen at all.
