Delo: US-EU agreement, essential for normalization of relations

The Slovenian newspaper Delo says that only an agreement between the European Union and the United States can lead to the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia. The newspaper says that the agreement on the normalization of economic relations, signed in Washington, can not resolve the political conflict between the two sides.
