The latter has been appointed the deputy-Speaker of the Parliament of Serbia, for which the association from Gjakova has collected evidence and facts about the crimes committed by him. The leader of the association, Shkëndije Hoda, has announced that three criminal charges have been submitted to the Special Prosecutor's Office. "There are three criminal charges attached with some factual documentation, a kind of diary of the operation of the 549 motorized brigade under the command of Bozidar Delic. We submitted it even though the procedures have slightly changed, we were a little dissatisfied even though we received good words, we will return to receive the confirmation for the acceptance of this material", said Hoda. For the representative of the association, Gjokë Sokoli, these documents submitted to the Special Prosecutor's Office, are evidence of crimes and genocide in Kosovo.
