The Assembly of Kosovo has announced a competition for two judges of the Constitutional Court.
This was announced by the Speaker of the Assembly, Albulena Haxhiu, following the meeting of the Special Committee for the Review of Candidates for Appointment to the Constitutional Court.
According to her, the Assembly has many obligations regarding the filling of vacant positions.
“We will ensure that the process is transparent and professional. Those who deserve to occupy these two positions will be voted on by the Assembly, although ultimately it depends on the will of the deputies. As we have consistently stated, the Assembly has many obligations regarding the filling of vacant positions. Therefore, in addition to announcing the competition for two judges of the Constitutional Court today, we will continue tomorrow with a member of the Prosecutorial Council,” she said.
