Many citizens gathered at “Skënderbeu” Square in Prishtina in a nationwide protest organized by war veterans' organizations, in defense of the values of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA).

Citizens consider the Special Court to be racist, as they held national flags and various banners in support of former KLA leaders who are on trial in The Hague.

Isat Gashi, who came from Klina to protest, said that former president Hashim Thaçi and others are being unjustly held in detention and under the direction of Serbia.

Also present at the protest were political representatives from various political parties. /KosovaPress/
