The Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Hajrulla Çeku, has stated that they are waiting for confirmation of the participation of the Organizations of Veterans of the Kosovo Liberation War in the State Council for the marking of the 27th anniversary of the KLA Epopee.

At a press conference after the government meeting, he said that the council meeting is on Thursday, where cooperation and unity must be shown. According to him, organizations that emerged belog there.

“We have sent you an invitation to the members of the organizational council of the three organizations that emerged from the KLA war, and we are awaiting their confirmation. Yesterday we had a public statement from one of the representatives of these organizations, who said that they will hold an internal consultation of the three organizations and they will make a decision. We call them to be part of this organization as that is where they belong. The epopee of the KLA belongs to everyone and especially to those who were part of the war. In this regard, tomorrow's meeting should show cooperation and unity”, he said.

Çeku stressed that any attempt to politicize this important moment should be ignored.
