The Central Election Commission has announced that in the 21 municipalities in which the second round of local elections is being held, all polling centers have already been opened. 1 million 260 thousand 571 voters have the right to vote.

"I would like to inform you that all polling stations have already been opened in 21 municipalities where the second round is being held. The number of polling centers where the voting process has started is 575 with a total of 1,638 polling stations", said the CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi during a press conference...
