The Chamber of Doing Business in Kosovo in a press release called the country's institutions that no restrictions or total closure of business be done without prior financial support. According to the CDBK, this is due to the very difficult situation that the private sector is facing as a result of the pandemic and the lack of support so far from the institutions, thus endangering not only the loss of jobs but also welfare and further operation of economic operators. The CDBK considers that the private sector is currently very vulnerable as a result of the pandemic, so it does not have the capacity to cope alone with the further consequences caused by the pandemic, where as a result of lack of financial support businesses are unable to maintain their employees they have had so far.
