The Constitutional Court declared the vote of MP Ethhem Arifi for the Hoti Government invalid. The candidacy for MP of persons who have problems with justice remains an issue that requires resolution with new elections on the horizon. The CEC spokesman, Valmir Elezi, told KosovaPress how this institution will act to prevent in the future the candidacy for deputy of persons who may be convicted by a final decision during the last 3 years.
