Out of 94 members of the General Council of the LDK who took part in the vote, 92 of them voted in favor of the proposal of the Presidency of the LDK, that Avdullah Hoti be a candidate for prime minister in the next parliamentary elections, one voted against and one abstained.

The General Council, with the necessary majority of votes, elected Avdullah Hoti as a candidate for prime minister in the next snap elections, the LDK announced this through a Facebook post.
