The Chairman of Kosovo’s Fuel Association, Fadil Berjani, sent a letter to the PM Albin Kurti, by which he requests as preventive measure for coronavirus to defer all payments without interest and without penalty for a three-months period to the Kosovo’s Banks and to the all other institutions of the government that do not affect the vitality of state function.
