The High Representative of the European Union, Josep Borrell, has said that he expects a constructive approach from Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic at Saturday's meeting in Ohrid, North Macedonia.

In a press conference in Tirana, Borrell emphasized that the agreement based on the EU plan is closed, but they are working on its annex, which according to him is the integral part that binds the parties to implement it negotiation based on timelines.
