The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, and the Serbian President, Aleksander Vucic, did not reach an agreement regarding the illegal license plates today in Brussels.

After more than eight hours of meetings, the high representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, said that their proposal to postpone the deadline for license plates was rejected by Prime Minister Albin Kurti, while Serbian President Vucic agreed not to issue "KM" license plates for local Serbs in Kosovo...
