The head of European Diplomacy, Josep Borrell, has said that Kosovo and Serbia have declared that they are ready for the de-escalation of the situation, as he is optimistic that this will happen. Borrell, has held a media conference, after the meeting with the representatives of the 27 member states of the EU, with whom he talked about the situation created in the north of the Republic of Kosovo.
