Commenting on the situation in the north, the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, said that Serbia and Kosovo should unconditionally calm the situation on the ground, immediately withdrawing special police units and remove roadblocks. Borrell, through a press release, said that any further provocation or unilateral and uncoordinated actions are unacceptable.
