Hazir Borovci said that he met with Salih Mustafa at the beginning of April 1999 in the village of Butovc in Prishtina, where according to him, they met other times there during the middle of April of that year.

Borovci, who is the fourth witness of Mustafa's defense, told the trial panel in The Hague that Mustafa had advised them not to abandon Albanian civilians and had given them moral support.
