Deputy Minister of Justice, Blerim Sallahu, has been appointed Acting Minister of this department today, as reported by KosovaPress.

This was announced in a press release from the Media Office of the Kurti Government.

“Today, the acting Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, appointed the Deputy Minister of Justice, Blerim Sallahu, as Acting Minister of Justice, following the election of Albulena Haxhiu as Deputy Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo,” the announcement states.

It also notes that the acting Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, congratulated Sallahu on his new responsibility.

“Prime Minister Kurti congratulates Mr. Sallahu on his new responsibility and wishes him success in fulfilling his duties.”

Meanwhile, Albulena Haxhiu, Vlora Çitaku, and Kujtim Shala were elected on Tuesday as Deputy Speakers of the Assembly of Kosovo from the three largest parties.
